The Mission of the Luzerne County Interagency Council: To create awareness of the human services available in Luzerne County in order to meet the needs of, and improve the quality of life for the people in our community as well as provide networking opportunities for our members and assist our clientele. Next Meeting: Tuesday, September 28 at 9:00 AM at The Salvation Army Citadel located at 17 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Wilkes-Barre.
